1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 , you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
You must take reasonable care of the goods
We reserve the right to make deductions if items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order or customised furniture
Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened (if applicable)
5. Return Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked delivery service
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
Refunds will be issued within 14 days
Refunds will be made to your original payment method
Original delivery charges will be refunded (standard delivery only)
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
